The project includes:

• Plans of the floors
• Plan of the foundation
• Facades and reamers of the house-walls
• Specification of the shell's details
• 3 D representation image of the house
• Calculation of volumes of the basic materials

Cost of designing - £400. Price can vary depending on complexity of the project. Cost of designing is included into the sum of the contract at a rate of 5 % from house cost.

We offer round logs or round-log walls made from the Karelian pine (diameter is 160-220 mm.)

Cost of 1 m3 round log, covered with an antiseptic "Biotex-standard", for transportation and temporary storage in accordance to contract FCA (Incoterms 2000)

We can complete the houses with additional materials:

• Saw-timbers: boards, planks for the processing the roof, floor, partitions, decoration materials
• Hydro-, steam-, heat isolation materials
• Roofing materials
• Joiner's materials and other materials, those are necessary for the customers.

Our construction gangs can assembly the shell and the house on the building site. Also we can offer you the chief assembling. Cost of this work is defined individually

We offer saw-timber of "European standard" quality of a various sorts and under the order.

50 % prepayment during confirmation of order, the rest is after the work's finishing, should be made after delivery. The processing of log shells begins after the receipt of the financial resources, from the moment of receipt of money on the account.
