Deck 2"X8" beams, 2"X8" joist with 5/4"x6" #2 pressure-treated decking with treated steps
Log Walls: Depending on your selected plan -
Precut 9" Round White Pine logs, Swedish coped with Saddle notch corners
Precut 7"X9" White Pine timbers, beveled edges, with DoveTail or Butt & Pass corners

Precut 5"X8" White Pine timbers, beveled edges, with Butt & Pass corners

 Framed and insulated (R19), Tyvek wrap, T-111 vertical siding on exterior, poly and carsiding on interior
Ceiling: 1"X8" Hewn Pine Carsiding – R38 insulation with vents and poly
Roof System: 2"X12" rafters with microlam ridge beam/board with 5/8" sheeting, with all necessary rafter straps, hurricane clips, fly rafaters, outlookers, furring, facia backer, and soffit nailers
Roofing: 30 year three tab Class A shingle (your choice of color) with drip edge and felt paper and ice and water shield
Loft Floor: 2”X8” joist with 3/4" tongue & groove sheeting – R19 insulation, Tyvek wrap, carsiding on underside for porch ceiling
Windows: Pre-hung wood windows - (no screens), bucks and window wrap
Door:  Insulated steel entry door - Keyed lockset
Hardware: All spikes, nails, bolts, and screw needed for construction
Trim: 1"X6" and 1"X 8" Rough Sawn Ceda (interior & exterior) 1”x6” Rough Sawn Cedar (for electrical chases)
